How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays and keep your MARLENKA® cake as fresh as possible.
- Brisbane Metro: 1–2 business days
- Regional Queensland (Express Post): 3–5 business days
Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What are your shipping costs?
All Queensland orders over $99 receive FREE shipping.
Brisbane Metro Standard $9.90

QLD Express Post (outside Brisbane metro) $20.50

Do you deliver outside Queensland?
Yes. We currently deliver throughout Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
Because MARLENKA products are temperature-sensitive, our shipping options vary by location to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
- Queensland: Standard and Express delivery available. Free shipping on eligible orders over $99.
- Victoria: Standard and Express delivery available. Free shipping on eligible orders over $119.
- New South Wales: We offer local delivery through our authorised NSW distribution partner, Russkis Deli, helping ensure fast delivery and optimal product quality across the state.
- All other Australian states and territories: Please contact us to discuss delivery options. We will do our best to accommodate your order where possible.

How long does MARLENKA® stay fresh, and how should I store it?
MARLENKA products are made using a traditional recipe and have an exceptional shelf life without the need for artificial preservatives.
For the best quality, always refer to the Best Before date printed on the packaging.
Storage Instructions
- Store refrigerated at 2–8°C upon delivery.
- For the best flavour and texture, allow the product to come to room temperature for 15–30 minutes before serving (optional).
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 14 days.
- Keep the product in its original packaging or in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
Can I freeze MARLENKA products?
Yes. MARLENKA products can be frozen before the Best Before date to extend their storage life. When you’re ready to enjoy them, simply remove the product from the freezer and allow it to naturally return to room temperature. Thawing in the refrigerator is not required.
Our products are carefully packed and shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition, so you can enjoy their premium quality at home.
What allergens are in MARLENKA® products?
MARLENKA products contain ingredients that may not be suitable for people with certain food allergies or intolerances.
Depending on the product, allergens may include:
